East Central MN Education Cable Cooperative

East Central MN Education Cable Cooperative is a consortium owned by thirteen school districts and Pine Technical and Community College based in Braham, Minnesota. Over the past thirty-seven years they have facilitated a broad array of services to their membership through statewide partnerships. Their project will train, manage and compensate digital navigators in each of the member districts to directly serve all distance learning students and also include contracts for technical support to assist families in setting up and optimizing their access points. The project will involve families, educators, school administrators, tribal entities and other stakeholders in the work by creating and maintaining a robust feedback loop and responding to needs as they change and develop.
