Minisinaakwaang Leadership Academy

Minisinaakwaang Leadership Academy is an Ojibwe culture and language school located in McGregor, MN. Their project will provide 46 students, families, faculties and staff with 55iPads, one-year software subscriptions and 40 internet hotspots to serve in the interim until a broadband line is completed by the MilleLacs Energy Cooperative. They will also supply these constituents with training and allow for the hire of a Certified Computer Technologist to assist in these endeavors to maintain high-speed connectivity for reliable and effective distance learning. Evaluation efforts will be ongoing to ensure that devices and services can adapt to changing needs on a continuous basis.
