Project FINE

Project FINE (Focus on Integrating Newcomers through Education) is a Winona-based non-profit with thirty-years of experience driving a mission to strengthen and enrich community by facilitating the integration of people who are ethnically diverse. Their project will guide refugee and immigrant families in accessing and navigating distance learning with classes, homework assistance and language services. At least 200 K-12 students and their parent will be served through home visits and online technology support supplementing connectivity and devices provided by three school districts.
