Appetite for Change

Located in North Minneapolis, Appetite For Change is a non-profit that provides community-based programming including cooking workshops, urban agriculture and organized food policy efforts. Their project will establish a computer lab for program participants that will address current distance learning needs and be fully adaptable to the return of in-person instruction. The lab will include ten laptops, docking stations, monitors and Wi-Fi hotspots and will be run by staff and youth leaders.
