Breakthrough Twin Cities

Breakthrough Twin Cities is a Saint Paul-based is an academically rigorous, tuition-free, six-year college preparatory program for 500+ low-income students facing barriers to collegiate success at Mounds Park Academy, Saint Paul Central and Chaska schools. Their project supplies technology stipends to students for headphones, keyboards, monitors and mice to augment school issued devices. A digital consultant is also funded to maximize access to current virtual platforms.
